Victor David Giron
is the son of immigrants from Mexico and Guatemala. He lives in Chicago. Victor enjoys art and independent music, and as a result of trying to find another creative outlet and trying to deal with it all, he discovered that he loves to write fiction. Victor's literary heroes include J.D. Salinger and Nikos Kazantzakis. His work has appeared in Rougarou, Umbrella Factory Magazine, Jersey Devil Press, Diverse Voices Quarterly, ZaftigZen, the Logan Square Literary Review, and others.
Curbside Splendor published Victor's first novel Sophomoric Philosophy in November 2010.
