In December 2010 we published the work listed below. Our first print journal will be due out in March of this year.
The judging for our Winter 2010 Curbside Award Opportunity for short stories is just about complete. We’ll notify the winners individually, and we’ll publish the three winning stories online in January. Thanks to all submissions received, we truly enjoyed reading such great stories!!! Stories that were not selected for the awards will still be considered for general publication online and in the journal.
Our first novel Sophomoric Philosophy was released in November 2010. It’s for sale everywhere books can be bought online, and in more and more independent bookstores in Chicago and elsewhere. See here excerpts, trailers, purchasing info, and more: Sophomoric Philosophy. If you read SP, please send us your thoughts, or write about it at places Good Reads. We’d appreciate it!
And finally, during late spring this year we will release our first poetry chapbook, a collection of poems by Charles Bayne Jr. Charles is a Chicago native who now lives in Florida with his wife and writes poems. Further details coming soon...
We hope you enjoy these works as much as we do. Please share with others and encourage others to submit. (See our submission guidelines.)
